ExpertCare is seeking reliable Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan, including Mount Clemens. You will support and encourage skill-building activities, help participants grow personal goals, and accompany them into the community.

We welcome compassionate, patient individuals who can follow care plans, communicate effectively, and manage transportation to assignments.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsabilités

• Work 1:1 with recipients in their homes to support skills.
• Help recipients with skill-building activities and personal goals.
• Accompany recipients into the community to broaden experiences.

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Youth Mentor to work 1:1 with our Recipients. You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.

ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
