Job summary

Lifecare Medical Services Inc. seeks a driven driver to transport patients to medical appointments and treatments using an ambulette. You will assist patients with transfers, perform safety checks, and complete required logs while following dispatch schedules.

Responsibilities include maintaining the vehicle, complying with regulations, and providing basic life support as needed. A valid state driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Provide safe and efficient transport of patients in the ambulette as scheduled by dispatch.
• Record transportation logs and obtain necessary patient documentation.
• Maintain ambulette by performing inspections and reporting repairs as needed.
• Comply with FCC regulations and company policies during use of communications equipment.
• Current and valid state driver's license are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and efficient transport of patients in the ambulette as scheduled by dispatch.
• Operate/drive ambulette following driving standards and safety procedures.
• Record transportation logs and obtain patient documentation per policy.
• Conduct ambulette inventory and report maintenance needs.
• Perform general safety checks and ambulette upkeep.
• Provide basic life support—first aid or CPR in emergencies.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings as scheduled.
