Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills with passengers, colleagues, and dispatch.
• Mandatory pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company-provided shuttle/sedan safely and reliably to transport veterans within the service area and schedule.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist passengers, including those using wheelchairs or mobility aids, and securely stow luggage.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and complete written passenger-related reports and incidents.
• Provide guidance on rules and ensure a safe travel experience for all passengers.
• Possess the ability to store a company-designated vehicle at home bearing Navarre Corporation branding.
