Responsibilities

• Operate a company-provided shuttle/sedan to transport veterans safely and reliably.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections; report issues promptly.
• Assist passengers, including those using mobility aids, with boarding and alighting.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch and document incidents or issues.
• Provide guidance on rules and safety for a safe travel experience.
• Assist with loading and securing luggage.
