Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent may be required in some locations.
• Must have reliable transportation and a contact telephone number.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Must pass a drug and alcohol test as required (DOT or Non DOT) and submit to random testing.

Responsibilities

• Transport passengers safely and assist with wheelchair needs.
• Provide information, directions and maintain positive relations with passengers and staff.
• Coordinate with dispatcher for assignments and gate agents for wheelchair passengers.
• Complete wheelchair logs and incident reports as required.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and meet uniform standards.
