Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support card required.
• Six months van transport experience preferred.
• Must maintain acceptable driving record and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Transports patients and/or equipment to and from appointments and facilities.
• Maintains vehicle cleanliness and reports any concerns promptly.
• Communicates with hospital staff for data and instructions.
• Inspects vehicle prior to daily use for safety and comfort.
• Assists with transferring patients and applying PPE as needed.
