Job summary

Carmel Terrace in Framingham, MA is hiring a Wait Staff/ Server. No experience is necessary; training is provided. The position is full-time or part-time, 6am–2pm, Monday to Friday with every other weekend, at a rate of $17 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent is required.
• No experience necessary. Will train!
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be dependable and reliable, flexible in work duties and willing to go above and beyond expectations.
• Prior experience in food services and preparation in Long Term Care, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check for dietary changes, dismissals and transfers prior to tray-line service.
• Assure accuracy of the resident’s meal tray specifications.
• Understand and communicate knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling.
• Ensure infection control practices are always maintained and followed.
• Work other jobs within the Dietary Department as necessary.
