• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and reflect compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: partner in pet wellness, educate clients on preventative care and hospital services.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: be a calming presence, show empathy and respect to clients and pets.
