Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older to be considered for this position.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in veterinary medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to all patients.
• Greet patients and their owners and take weight and vital signs on arrival.
• Triage patients, perform exams, treatments, and administer medications as directed by licensed professionals.
• Calm and soothe anxious patients.
• Assist doctors and technicians with medications and patient restraint.
• Perform laboratory tests and take radiographs.
• Operate and maintain hospital equipment and responsible documentation of drugs.
