You will help create a seamless client experience, from scheduling to payments and communications, while maintaining a clean and well-equipped clinic.

Ideal candidates bring a High School Diploma and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Calm, efficient approach in fast-paced environments.
• Confidence handling pets of all sizes and temperaments.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential patient care assisting the medical team.
• Be the go-to support for the medical team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Create a positive client experience through scheduling, payments, and communications.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and assist with clinic upkeep and equipment.
