Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) and active Illinois Veterinary Technician license.
• Surgical proficiency and experience assisting with surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to all patients.
• Greet patients and owners, weigh patient and record vitals on arrival.
• Assist doctors and technicians with medications and patient restraint.
• Perform laboratory tests and take radiographs.
• Maintain hospital equipment and complete documentation.
