You will be the backbone of the clinic, helping veterinarians and technicians with a range of tasks and ensuring smooth operations throughout visits.

The role emphasizes client-facing duties, scheduling and communications, while upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced veterinary setting.

Qualifications

• Calm and efficient approach to fast-paced environments.
• Confidence and skill in handling pets of all sizes and temperaments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in fundamental veterinary skills spanning laboratory, pharmacy, nursing and radiology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Essential Patient Care by assisting the medical team with hands-on care and compassionate treatment.
• Be the Go-To Support for the Medical Team, anticipating the needs of veterinarians and technicians.
• Create a Positive Client Experience by assisting with scheduling, payments, and communications.
• Maintain a Safe and Clean Environment through clinic upkeep and equipment maintenance.
