Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Calm, efficient approach to fast-paced environments.
• Confidence handling pets of all sizes and temperaments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Vet skills across lab, pharmacy, nursing and radiology are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Essential Patient Care: assist the medical team with hands-on care and compassionate treatment.
• Be the Go-To Support for the Medical Team: anticipate needs of veterinarians and technicians for smooth workflow.
• Create a Positive Client Experience: assist with scheduling, payments, and communications with courtesy.
• Ensure a Safe and Clean Environment: maintain hospital and equipment to uphold high standards of care.
