Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• No previous experience required.
• Ability to work with children birth through age six and families.
• Valid driver's license and able to meet company driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport children to and from the Academy.
• Create a calm, welcoming experience for children during transportation.
• Communicate professionally with families, employees, and clinic leadership.
• Follow assigned routes, schedules, and safety procedures.
• Ensure children are accounted for when entering/exiting the vehicle.
• Conduct required vehicle and safety checks.
• Report delays, concerns, incidents, or vehicle issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle environment.
• Protect the privacy and confidentiality of the children and families served.
• Represent MKSA and KULA with professionalism and care.
