Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to work with children birth through age six and families at risk.
• Effective written and verbal communication with diverse people.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Read instructions, safety requirements, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport children to and from the Academy.
• Create a calm, friendly experience during transportation.
• Communicate professionally with families, employees, and leadership.
• Follow routes, schedules, and safety requirements.
• Account for children entering/exiting the vehicle.
• Conduct vehicle and safety checks.
• Report delays or issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle environment.
• Protect privacy of children and families.
• Represent MKSA and KULA with professionalism.
