Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license and insurance.
• Minimum one year experience with frail/elderly population.
• Able to read maps and routing information.
• Knowledge of safety requirements in transportation.

Responsibilities

• Transport SCC participants safely to medical appointments and activities according to the plan of care.
• Transport meals, equipment, and other items as needed.
• Ensure passenger safety and report issues to the Transportation Manager.
• Follow the schedule and adjust to changes while communicating updates.
