Qualifications

Responsibilities

Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, activities, and other destinations.
Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized vehicle.
Follow facility transportation and safety policies.
Maintain transportation schedules and documentation.
Communicate professionally with residents, families, staff, and healthcare providers.
Report vehicle or resident safety concerns to leadership.
Provide compassionate and respectful service to every resident.
