Qualifications

• Unit Secretary training or unit-based on-the-job training.
• No experience required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and respond to patient calls at the nurse's station.
• Provide clerical support including data entry and meeting minutes as needed.
• Manage ordering, stocking, and inventory of supplies for the unit.
• Maintain bulletin boards and downtime forms; assist with unit coordination.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment per regulatory standards.
