Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments of residents.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatment protocols.
- Monitor and document residents' treatment responses and progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on individualized care plans.
- Educate residents and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Ensure compliance with facility regulations, policies, and protocols.
- Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
