Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions is seeking a Part Time Transportation Support Staff to assist families in honoring loved ones at our Kettering Care Center in the Dayton area. The role involves transporting decedents and coordinating with the Care Center team to ensure operations run smoothly with dignity and respect.

Flexible hours seven days a week, no guaranteed hours, and prior healthcare/EMS experience are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least three months of similar or related experience.
• Valid Driver's License and driving performance standards.
• MVRs may be reviewed annually; report convictions or at-fault accidents.
• Ability to travel by standard methods of transportation.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Conservative professional dress per policy.
• Varying hours, including Sunday through Saturday; no guaranteed hours.
• Strong communication and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Transport decedents within the Dayton market.
• Assist families with transportation needs and maintain dignity and respect.
• Collaborate with Care Center team to keep market operations running smoothly.
• Maintain records and follow government requirements for hazardous substances and safety compliance.
