Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong safety and driving record.
• Ability to assist clients on and off vehicles.
• DOT physical/drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation to enrolled participants and assist to and from the home.
• Maintain accurate van reports and vehicle records.
• Ensure riders are accounted for and safety procedures followed.
• Assist wheelchairs onto vehicles on lift/ramp equipped models.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and report issues.
• Attend safety meetings and trainings as required.
