Qualifications

• Previous experience in moving, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong ability to sort and organize items effectively and efficiently without losing focus.
• Ability to remain cheerful and supportive, even in challenging situations.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks, including carrying, packaging, and labeling items.

Responsibilities

• Safely pack and unpack clients’ belongings, ensuring organization and protection during the transition.
• Assist clients in sorting through items, helping make informed decisions.
• Provide empathetic and professional service to clients.
• Organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently to ensure timely project completion.
• Proactively address challenges with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Work with limited supervision while demonstrating integrity.
• Collaborate with team members for a seamless transition experience.
