You will supervise passengers, assist with boarding and exiting, and ensure safe hand-offs at pick-up and drop-off locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written transportation instructions.
• Patience, dependability, and good judgment with elderly or disabled passengers.

Responsibilities

• Provide curb-to-curb assistance and help boarding/alighting.
• Escort passengers safely between vehicle and destinations and ensure proper hand-offs.
• Secure wheelchairs and safety restraints; monitor passengers for safety and comfort.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues to Dispatch or management.
• Communicate needs and route concerns with the Bus Operator and complete documentation.
