Qualifications

At least 1 year in courier or driver role with customer interaction.
Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
Physically capable of lifting up to 75 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

Safely drives company vehicles for first-call transfers in compliance with laws and policies.
Coordinate with responders, hospital staff, and facilities per procedures.
Interact with families with sensitivity during home transfers and maintain discretion.
Enter deceased event information into proprietary software per procedures.
Transport caskets to airports, care centers, or funeral homes and assist as needed.
