Surrogates receive base pay, monthly allowances, signing bonuses, and additional compensation for procedures and milestones, with ongoing monthly support meetings and a 24‑hour emergency line.

Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical, legal and emotional support throughout the surrogacy journey.
• Participate in the intake process and maintain open communication with the agency.
• Ensure timely payments and coordinate with the dedicated case manager.
