Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old
• Have one successful pregnancy
• BMI (body mass index) under 30
• US Citizen / Permanent Resident

Responsibilities

• Recruit gestational surrogates and guide them through the surrogacy process with medical, legal, and emotional support.
• Coordinate compensation, stipends, and bonuses as outlined by the agency.
• Provide ongoing case management and dedicated support to surrogates and their families.
• Ensure timely payments and maintain clear communication with intended parents and surrogate teams.
