Qualifications

• Must be between ages 21-39
• BMI under 30
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Have one successful pregnancy
• Willing to work with agency and medical/legal teams

Responsibilities

• Participate in the surrogacy journey with medical, legal and emotional support from the agency.
• Maintain open communication with the surrogate team and intended parents.
• Attend medical appointments as required and adhere to protocols.
