Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Toledo is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant to join our team in Toledo, Ohio. You will provide compassionate patient care, assist with daily activities, and support rehabilitation goals.

The role emphasizes accurate recording of vital signs, medication administration assistance, ensuring a safe, clean environment, and collaborating with nursing staff to monitor patient conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding patients, as well as assisting with personal hygiene and grooming
• Recording and Observing: Accurately record patient vital signs, medication administration, and any changes in patient condition; observe patients and report any concerns or unusual behavior to the nursing staff
• Assisting with ADLs: Assist patients with daily living activities, such as using the bathroom, dressing, and eating
• Maintaining a Safe Environment: Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients, including maintaining a clean and organized living area and reporting any hazards or concerns to the nursing staff
