CommuniCare Health Services' Southbrook Health Care Center in Springfield, OH, is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our dedicated nursing team. You will provide hands-on resident care, support daily living activities, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

High school graduate or GED equivalent.
Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
Prior healthcare experience desirable.
Must have or be willing to take COVID vaccine.

Responsibilities

Participate in and receive resident reports at start/end of shift.
Provide personal/nursing care in accordance with resident care plan.
Assist in preparing residents for activities and events.
Monitor and respond to resident requests in a dignified, respectful manner.
Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents.
Maintain resident documentation for activities of daily living and restorative programs.
