Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current and active State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required; new graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and feeding.
• Support mobility and safe transfers using assistive devices as needed.
• Record care and report changes in resident Condition to nursing staff.
• Monitor vital signs and ensure infection control and safety procedures are followed.
• Document care in the facility's records and maintain clean, safe environment.
