Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our national inpatient rehabilitation team. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs, developing individualized plans and tracking progress in a supportive, technology-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure is required.
• CCC certification is required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
