Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver patient-centered speech and language therapy in a supportive, national rehabilitation environment. You will evaluate, design, and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve communication and swallowing functions across diverse populations.

Qualifications include state licensure or certification, CCC, CPR within 30 days, and a master’s degree preferred (or bachelor’s with field experience).

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.

Education
