Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Valid, unrestricted license to practice in the state.
• Knowledge of skilled nursing home regulations and long-term care guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Complies with facility policies for documenting, billing, and coding for SLP services.
• Provides resident information for assessments, including signs of swallowing disorders and cognitive data.
• Prepares data required for Medicare/RAI documentation upon admission.
