Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Maryland licensure as Speech Language Pathologist is required.
• ASHA CCC certification is required or in good standing.
• Experience in SNF/long-term care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatment per an established plan of care.
• Instruct residents, families and caregivers.
• Measure and document communicative, cognitive and swallowing outcomes.
• Monitor responses and modify treatment as needed.
• Code information for billing and perform daily billing.
• Complete documentation per company policy and regulations.
