Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in the state where practicing or have completed 350 hours of supervised clinical practicum.
• Minimum of one year’s clinical experience in Speech–Language Pathology.
• Ability to drive and have access to transportation for agency-related travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assess home environment for speech/language function.
• Develop individualized plan of care in conjunction with patients and caregivers.
• Provide counseling and education to patients and caregivers.
• Administer speech therapy programs using therapeutic techniques.
