Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology and licensure in the state where practicing.
• Minimum one year's clinical experience in speech–language pathology.
• Completed 350 clock hours of supervised clinical practicum if no licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts appropriate evaluations and assesses home environment.
• Assumes responsibility for interdisciplinary assessment and care plan development.
• Provides patient and caregiver education and counseling.
