Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in New Castle, PA is seeking Special Needs Caregivers to provide one-on-one companionship and mentorship for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in home and community settings.

You'll accompany clients to errands, assist with daily tasks, and support participation in hobbies and community activities. Earn up to $19/hr with flexible scheduling, weekly pay, PTO and training opportunities, while making a meaningful impact in your community.

Qualifications

• One year experience working with I/DD individuals; If you do not have this experience, paid training may be available
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• You will accompany clients on errands and appointments
• You will spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
• You will assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• You will participate in community integration activities
