Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in social work, human services, or related field.
• Non-licensed position.
• Experience in healthcare, long-term care, social services, or human services preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and respectful approach when working with residents and families.
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents and families with dignity, respect, and confidentiality.
• Provide emotional support and assistance to residents and families.
• Build positive relationships among residents, families, and staff.
• Promote resident individuality, independence, and choice.
• Assist residents and families with identifying and accessing community resources.
• Participate in resident care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.
