Job summary

Solera Senior Living in Malvern, PA is seeking a Server to provide attentive dining service to residents, with shifts 7:00AM-3:00PM or 4:00PM-8:00PM, rotating weekends. The Server plays a key role in creating a welcoming dining experience while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

You will work with a compassionate team to deliver excellent service, support residents’ dietary needs, and help maintain an inviting atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable and service-oriented.
• Excellent customer service attitude.
• Must receive the annual Flu vaccine (excluding medical or religious exemptions).

Responsibilities

• Serve resident meals in a timely and professional manner
• Reset and prepare tables for the next meal service
• Serve room trays as needed
• Maintain community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization
• Adhere to food quality, presentation, and appearance standards
• Exhibit serving standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order
• Take orders, answer questions about menu items, and provide excellent customer service
• Clear dishes and assist with dishwashing as needed
• Serve customers using proper etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere
• Ensure diets are served correctly according to policy and procedure
