Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Driver to provide safe transportation for residents to appointments and outings using company vehicles, including wheelchair accessibility options. You will support daily vehicle upkeep and assist with activities, reception tasks, and exceptional hospitality.

The role emphasizes reliability, empathy, teamwork, and a commitment to resident well‑being in a fast-paced environment. CDL endorsement may be required in some states.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record; CDL with Passenger Endorsement may be required in some states.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and work.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of the company vehicles in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinances.
• Assist residents in and out of company vehicles as needed which may include the use of a mechanical wheelchair lift.
• Actively participate in the day-to-day upkeep and preventative maintenance needs of the company vehicles which may include fueling and taking vehicles for scheduled service appointments.
• Assist with scheduled resident activities as needed.
• Assist with Receptionist or Concierge duties as needed.
• Make hospitality, customer service, care and satisfaction the priority in every interaction.
