Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Driver to transport residents to appointments and outings in company vehicles, while helping with vehicle upkeep and safety checks. The role emphasizes hospitality, safety, and teamwork within a senior living community.

This is a full-time position with Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm hours. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required; CDL with Passenger Endorsement may be needed in some states.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record. CDL with Passenger Endorsement may be required in some states.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and work.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of the company vehicles in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinances.
• Assist residents in and out of company vehicles as needed (may include wheelchair lift).
• Maintain and service vehicles; assist with fueling and scheduled service appointments.
• Assist with scheduled resident activities as needed.
• Assist with Receptionist or Concierge duties as needed.
• Make hospitality, customer service, care and satisfaction the priority in every interaction.
