Top Tier Transitions LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team as Senior Downsizing & Move Specialists. This role offers meaningful part-time work helping seniors manage relocations, downsizing, and estate preparations with empathy and discretion.

You will support clients at home, assist with packing, organizing, and staging belongings, and travel locally across the Chicagoland area. Strong organizational skills, patience, and professional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Empathy and patience when supporting clients through transitions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Professional communication with clients, families, and team members.
• Attention to detail in handling personal belongings and schedules.
• Physical stamina to move and assist with items up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to seniors and families during relocation, downsizing, estate sales, and home preparation projects.
• Coordinate packing/unpacking, sorting belongings, and staging into Keep/Resale/Donation/Disposal categories.
• Assist with estate-sale preparation and item organization for resale channels when appropriate.
• Travel locally to client homes across the Chicagoland area to deliver high-touch service.
