Job summary

Erickson Senior Living in Catonsville, MD is seeking a Driver to transport residents, staff and visitors within our gated retirement community. This role operates non-CDL passenger buses, vans and sedans, including wheelchair ramps and lifts, with safety as a top priority.

You will complete pre/post-trip inspections, maintain vehicle cleanliness, log usage and assist passengers. A valid state driver’s license and a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate are required, along with a minimum of three

Qualifications

• Valid state driver's license required and maintained.
• DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate must be maintained.
• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old to drive.
• Experience operating wheelchair ramps and lifts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents, staff, and visitors on scheduled and unscheduled trips.
• Operate non-CDL buses, vans and sedans with wheelchair ramps and lifts.
• Assist passengers with boarding and alighting the vehicle.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and refueling as needed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and log usage.
• Adhere to safety policies and state regulations.
