You will present Life Plan details, coordinate tours, and collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure a high-quality experience that drives occupancy and campus vitality.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales or consultative relationship-based roles.
• Strong listening skills and ability to understand emotional and financial decision drivers.
• Confidence communicating complex information in a clear, reassuring way.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective residents and their families from first inquiry through move-in.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on Life Plan options, contracts, and financial considerations.
• Follow up consistently to move prospects through the decision process.
• Conduct personal tours and one-on-one meetings tailored to individual goals and needs.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience.
• Contribute to occupancy growth and campus vibrancy through strong conversion of qualified leads.
