Spring Arbor Cottage of Midlothian is actively hiring a full-time Housekeeper to help create a clean, safe, and welcoming home for our residents. If you take pride in your work, have an eye for detail, and enjoy making a difference every day — we want to meet you!

The primary duties include cleaning vacant apartments in preparation for move-in, cleaning occupied units weekly or as scheduled, and maintaining common areas per the schedule; a positive, team-oriented environment is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Familiar with safe operation of cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals.
• Positive Criminal Background Screening required.
• Drug-free workplace policy applies.
• One year housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean vacant apartments in preparation for move-in using Company Checklist.
• Clean occupied apartments, respite and guest apartments as scheduled using Company Checklist.
• Detail clean halls and other common areas as scheduled or when requested by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Keep laundry rooms and housekeeping/linen rooms clean and organized.
