Trustwell Living of Springfield seeks a warm, attentive housekeeper to care for our residents by keeping rooms and common areas spotless and inviting. This part-time role supports a family-like environment where cleanliness and compassion go hand in hand.

You will clean rooms, restock supplies, follow safety guidelines, and build friendly connections with residents. English communication is required, and lifting up to 50 pounds may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English.
• You’re reliable, friendly, and take pride in your work.
• You enjoy working around older adults and brighten a room.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms and shared spaces with love and attention to detail.
• Sanitize surfaces, bathrooms, and high-touch areas to keep everyone safe and healthy.
• Restock supplies like soap, paper towels, and smiles.
• Build friendly connections with residents as you brighten their day.
• Follow cleaning schedules and safety guidelines like a pro.
• Report maintenance needs or anything unusual, because you’ve got a great eye for detail.
