Cogir Senior Living is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming living spaces for residents and staff at our Spokane location. Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and offices while following established schedules.

The role requires at least one year of housekeeping experience in a senior living, healthcare, or hospitality setting, with a strong focus on detail, time management, and respectful interaction with residents.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and offices including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms; manage trash and linen replacement.
• Launder and replace linens and towels as needed.
• Follow community cleaning schedules and safety protocols; interact with residents respectfully.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisor.
