Job summary

Peregrine Senior Living in Salisbury, MD is seeking a motivated Housekeeper for a Per Diem role to maintain resident apartments and public areas with care and attention to safety and cleanliness. You will clean bathrooms, kitchens, windows, and floors, assist with furnishings, and follow a supervisor's cleaning schedule to ensure consistent standards throughout the facility.

One year of related experience is preferred; ability to read/write and follow directions is required; prior experience

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights.
• Cleans public areas and resident’s apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture, and common areas.
• Sweep and vacuum all assigned areas.
• Performs all housekeeping duties, following a cleaning schedule and instructions as directed by supervisor.
• Clean and/or polish all room furnishings, fixtures, ledges, heating/air conditioning units in resident rooms and all public areas.
