Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Maintenance: vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and mopping common areas, resident rooms, and restrooms to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Laundry Services: assist with washing, folding, and distributing laundry for residents and staff as needed.
• Waste Management: dispose of trash and recycling materials properly, ensuring that waste areas are clean and organized.
• Inventory Management: assist with maintaining and restocking cleaning supplies and equipment. Notify management of any supply shortages or equipment issues.
• Safety & Sanitation: follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean, hygienic, and safe environment for residents and staff.
• Team Collaboration: work closely with other staff members to ensure that the facility is well-maintained and residents are comfortable.
• Resident Engagement: engage with residents in a friendly and respectful manner, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
