You will perform general cleaning, laundry, waste management, and safety protocols, working with a collaborative team to ensure residents feel welcomed and cared for.

High school diploma required; experience preferred; compassionate mindset valued in a caring senior living setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Maintenance: vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and mopping common areas, resident rooms, and restrooms.
• Laundry Services: assist with washing, folding, and distribution of laundry.
• Waste Management: dispose of trash and recycling properly.
• Inventory Management: restock cleaning supplies and notify on shortages.
• Safety & Sanitation: follow safety and sanitation protocols for a clean environment.
• Team Collaboration: work with staff to keep the facility well-maintained.
• Resident Engagement: interact with residents in a friendly, respectful manner.
